CTO Forum Announces Keynote Speakers for RETHINK Technology Conference

Rethink Technology is designed for technology executives who recognize that the IT landscape has been dramatically transformed in the recent years and demands new ways of thinking about the enterprise, information systems, work, and the new role of IT executives. Roger Gurnani, Chief Information Officer, Verizon
Roger is responsible for the information technology strategy, systems development and operations for Verizon Communications.
Bill Hilf - Vice President of Product Management for HP Cloud
Bill he is responsible for leading the cloud product strategy and portfolio. Prior to joining HP, Bill was the General Manager of Windows Azure, Microsoft’s cloud platform, where he led product planning, product management and technical PM.
Jeffrey Pfeffer - Professor of Organizational Behavior, Stanford University
Jeffrey has published extensively in the fields of organization theory and human resource management. His current research focuses on the relationship between time and money, power and leadership in organizations, economics language and assumptions and their effects on management practice, how social science theories become self-fulfilling, barriers to turning knowledge into action and how to overcome them, and evidence-based management and what it is, barriers to its use, and how to implement it.
Huggy Rao - Professor of Organizational Behavior, Stanford University
Huggy has published widely in the fields of management and sociology and studies the social and cultural causes of organizational change. In his research, he studies the role of collective action as a motor of organizational change and innovation. He is also the author of "Market Rebels: How activists Make or Break Radical Innovation" (2009) and "Scaling Up Excellence" (2014) books.
Sri Shivananda - VP of Platform & Infrastructure, eBay
Sri leads the Global Platform and Infrastructure team that powers eBay businesses.
He oversees all of core technologies covering data centers, internal private cloud, online and offline data infrastructure, internal developer frameworks and tools and various platform services
Eric Smith - VP of Architecture, USAA
Eric is leading the Architecture teams responsible for setting the direction for enterprise security, platform, infrastructure, and application technologies.
Stephen Trilling, Senior Vice President, Symantec
Stephen is the founder of Symantec Research Labs. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer and was responsible for developing the overall technology vision for Symantec, driving cross-company engineering initiatives and collaboration, and overseeing Symantec’s shared engineering organizations.
