For Ace Parking, San Diego is the home to not only their headquarters, but also to a number of their partners in business. One of those San Diego partners was recently recognized by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the best hotels in Southern California.
The Omni San Diego Hotel was named among the top 25 hotels in Southern California as ranked by the famed travel publication. Ace Parking partners with the Omni by providing valet service for the hotel.
The Omni was not the only partner of Ace Parking to receive accolade from Conde Nast, as two other hotels that Ace Parking services also made it onto best hotels lists for their particular regions in the United States. The St. Regis Hotel Houston was named among the top 15 hotels in Texas, and the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle was named as part of the top 20 hotels in the Pacific Northwest. Ace Parking provides valet services for each of these hotels.
“We are very proud that our partners in business have earned this outstanding recognition,” said a representative of Ace Parking. “From our partnership with these hotels, we have been able to see firsthand the amount of effort that these wonderful hotels put forth in the name of customer service. We respect that greatly, as we constantly strive to live up to these same standards of outstanding customer service.”
In order to compile the lists, Conde Nast surveyed over 80,000 people to determine the best hotels in the United States. Once the results were announced, Ace Parking was far from surprised.
“These hotels that have earned this recognition have done so because they are attentive to the needs of their guests,” said the representative. “We have seen them go above and beyond for their guests time and time again. Any time you can combine the outstanding customer service they provide with an excellent location and facilities, that is a recipe for success.”
Ace Parking has also made a bit of their own news recently, announcing that they have begun operation of a tram system in San Diego’s Balboa Park. The representative downplayed this announcement in order to keep focus on the recognition the hotels have received, saying, “We are very pleased that the tram is up and running, but we are even more pleased to learn of the successes of our partner hotels.”
