Center Stage Cuts Celebrates 1-Year Anniversary in Newark, NJ
Newark, NJ (PRWEB) February 07, 2014 -- Friday, February 21, 2014, Center Stage Cuts will celebrate its first year in business in Newark and the launch of “Nude by Center Stage Cuts” a line of natural hair care products. Showcasing the musical talents that have graced the stage over the past year, live performances will include Queen Ella, Traz Messiah, Jirmad “Soulo” Gordon, and the house band Chicken & Biscuits, all kicking off at 9 p.m. Adding sight to sound, the space will feature a photography exhibition by Akintola Hanif of HYCIDE Magazine.

February 23, 2013 marked the opening of Center Stage Cuts, a new expression in men’s and women’s hair care and grooming. Staffed with Master Barbers and natural hair stylists and locticians, Center Stage Cuts spent its first year establishing credibility among a diverse array of clientele. The shop regularly hosts live entertainment and has held events ranging from live music showcases to poetry open mics, toy drives, charity events, karaoke, networking mixers, film screenings, record swaps, comedy shows, DJ battles, album release parties, and more, all the while being voted “Best In Hair” for 2013 on newarkpulse.com.
