MaidPro Soars into the Top of Franchise Gator’s Best Franchises List

The proprietary ranking formula primarily uses data from franchise companies’ official Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and measures franchise quality over time by focusing on “financial stability, growth, transparency, engagement, continuity and sustainability.”
To generate its inaugural ranking, Franchise Gator says it studied FDDs from some hundreds of franchise companies over the past year. Other advisors to the initiative included Eric Stite and the team at Franchise Business Review, which produces its own annual ranking based on rigorous measures of franchisee satisfaction, and Thomas Scott of the Franchise Performance Group.
