As a special treat, please join us to meet former Olympian Judge Greg Lyman, a member of the 1972 Olympic Speed Skating team on February 11th at 7:00 pm. Taking time off from their rigorous training schedule at Wolf Creek Ski Area, the team made time to make a special appearance to meet and speak with the Pagosa Springs Special Olympic Team members on November 23, 2013. "The athletes were so gracious and took the time to meet individually with our team and speak about themselves and what they do to prepare for the Olympics. Team members Mac Bohonnon, Ashley Caldwell, Emily Cook, Patrick Deneen, Hannah Kearney, Heidi Kloser, Heather McPhie, Eliza Outtrim, and Bradley Wilson lead by coach Scott Rawles will be competing beginning on February 8th with 9 qualifying competitions, ending on Friday, February 21st.
