2013 Marks Strong Growth for IntegriChain and DNA Informed Applications
Princeton, NJ (PRWEB) February 12, 2014 -- IntegriChain continued strong growth in 2013 with all-time highs in revenues and ACV bookings as well as strong positive EBITDA. Operationally, IntegriChain executed significant increases in both the number of DNA users as well as the value and volume of transactions running through its Informed Applications cloud. Solid adoption of DNA’s Account Management and Commerce Management products underscores the increasing demand in the pharmaceutical industry for channel data available at the point of action to ensure product availability, maximize distribution investment, and improve forecast accuracy.
In 2013, the number of DNA users grew 76% over the previous year. Of particular note, however, is the increase in user activity over that same period – more than 200%. In addition the number of transactions processed in DNA also grew more than 200%, highlighting the stickiness and centrality of the solution for optimizing forward supply chain relationships and inventories.
This past year also saw a significant number of customers embrace Daily Business Management – the proactive, data-driven collaborative model for buyers and suppliers – facilitated by DNA Informed Applications. A noteworthy sub-segment of customers use DNA to execute Daily Business Management for more than 600 NDCs, and this number is expected to increase to 1,500 in 2014 as Daily Business Management becomes an increasingly popular, strategic evolution in account management.
From an infrastructure perspective, customers benefited from an upgrade in the ETL engine, resulting in a 30% increase in cloud computing power. From a product perspective, on October 1st IntegriChain released a new DNA Order Management module. In its first three months in production, the new module processed more than half a million order lines demonstrating its robust capacity for high transaction volumes.
“2013 was a big year for IntegriChain,” said Kevin Leininger, CEO of IntegriChain. “We grew our product line in a very strategic way with the addition of DNA Order Management and saw our customer base expand as well. Equally significant though for us has been seeing so many companies embrace the notion of Informed Applications and how that can make collaboration with their buyers possible in order to get more value out of the channel.”
