Automate Printing Documents With Print Conductor 4.0
(PRWEB) February 12, 2014 -- Print Conductor version 4.0 has been released by fCoder Group, Inc. The updated version of Print Conductor now allows automatic printing of Microsoft Publisher and OpenOffice documents; printing of image files now takes place at a higher speed!
Print Conductor is the software specifically designed for printing documents and images in batch mode. The software can handle documents saved as PDF files, drawings, charts, and worksheets. If there are 5 or more documents to be printed in a row, the software will significantly save time normally required for printing.
Print Conductor can be used in combination with any printers – physical or virtual ones connected to the computer via USB, LAN, or Wi-Fi. By means of a virtual printer it is possible to simultaneously convert documents to PDF or JPEG formats.
Print Conductor 4.0 can ensure automatic printing of the following new types of files:
- Mictosoft Publisher (*.PUB) documents
- SVG files
- OpenOffice documents (*.ODT).
Print Conductor 4.0 is able to use OpenOffice API to automate printing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Microsoft Office for automatic files printing is thus no longer necessary.
The printing speed has also been increased with Print Conductor 4.0. Files saved in JPEG, TIFF, PCX, or PNG formats can now be printed much faster. PDF files printing process is optimized for customers who have full version of Adobe Acrobat.
