Today, SYNCSTATE, Inc., a veteran-owned small business with expertise in offensive cyber operations and intelligence analysis announced that they will be building a Cyber Threat Targeting Center at an undisclosed location in Massachusetts. After creating a series of tools used to track and target adversaries (Quicklook™), SYNCSTATE is able to identify the adversaries and their groups while providing open source intelligence reports (eTrace™) that include vital target information of immediate intelligence value.
