B.A.S.E. Training Opens up a Goalkeeper Academy to Their Training Program Located in Charlotte, Matthews and Fort Mill Areas in the Carolinas
Matthews, NC (PRWEB) February 13, 2014 -- A goalkeeper is one of, if not the most, important position on the field in the game of soccer. B.A.S.E. Training recognizes this and wants to improve the art of goalkeeping in North Carolina.
"A goalkeeper is a leader, intelligent and sometimes even the heart of a team," says Coach Zach, owner of B.A.S.E. Training.
The game for a goalkeeper needs to be solid and well rounded. Keepers need to have hand-eye coordination and good hands, but also need to have good footwork and foot skills to have a well rounded game.
"The travel soccer clubs do not put enough attention or time into the development of their goalkeepers. We need to change that, starting with us," says Coach Zach.
B.A.S.E. Training plans for this to succeed under their Head of Goalkeeping Coach, Jason Stanislawski. Check out Coach Jasons and other B.A.S.E. Training coaches profiles here: http://www.basetathletics.com/#!coachs-resumes/c1i36
"We are very excited to have Jason join our team. He brings a college coaching background along with the passion for soccer and sports that this business is built upon," says Coach Zach.
The structure of B.A.S.E. Training's goalkeeper academy will still represent their teachings of character, but physically will be heavy on footwork and technique through repetition. To learn more about B.A.S.E. Training visit http://www.basetathletics.com and see what is offered.
