OrthoBanc Partners with Smile for a Lifetime Foundation
(PRWEB) February 12, 2014 -- OrthoBanc, a risk assessment and payment management provider specializing in electronic payments for orthodontists has become an official corporate sponsor with the Smile for a Lifetime (S4L) Foundation, a national non-profit providing scholarships for free orthodontic treatment to underserved children.
Bill Holt, President of OrthoBanc shares, "We are excited to support Smile for a Lifetime's mission. S4L, through its network of outstanding orthodontists, provides a wonderful service for children who, through no fault of their own, face an uphill challenge in life. OrthoBanc is pleased to become a national sponsor of S4L to help the foundation meet its goals. It is an honor to help these young people face life with greater confidence through the gift of a smile."
OrthoBanc will join Ormco, TeleVox, and the McGill & Hill Group as a Smile for a Lifetime national corporate sponsor. The new partnership will allow S4L's national office to provide additional services to its chapter members and recruit new members, who in turn will be able to treat more children throughout North America.
"I am pleased to recognize OrthoBanc as a new partner with the Smile for a Lifetime National Foundation. OrthoBanc has offered to help streamline S4L to improve the relationship and communication with our Chapters. We wish to give a warm welcome to Bill Holt and the entire OrthoBanc Team." - Dr. Ron Redmond, S4L Board President.
Smile for a Lifetime recruits orthodontists across North America to serve young people who normally would not be able to afford braces. The process is competitive. Applications are reviewed by local board members and winners receive orthodontic scholarships. To date S4L has awarded more than 6 million dollars in scholarships in the past five years.
