New York, NY (PRWEB) February 11, 2014
Dr. Michael Gabriel of Gabriel Pediatrics, a Brooklyn Pediatric Center, will be speaking about the nutritional challenges that infants and are children are facing and what can be done to prevent them at Douglaston Manor on Tuesday, February 11th, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
The educational dinner, hosted by the Queens Pediatric Society, will be held at Douglaston Manor in Douglaston, NY. Dr. Michael Gabriel will discuss a number of different nutritional challenges, like allergies and obesity, that infants and children are experiencing today and what preventative steps can be taken to lessen the risk of such diseases.
Dr. Michael Gabriel is looking forward to the discussion and believes it will be a great opportunity for parents who have young children with troublesome nutritional issues to learn about how they can help. “What I’m most looking forward to about this educational dinner is being able to open up a conversation with the audience about these nutritional issues and give them advice on what can be done to help those who are suffering from these challenges,” says Gabriel. “The reality of it is, the number of children with food and environmental allergies and those suffering from obesity continues to increase. Early detection and intervention create positive outcomes, which is what I’m looking to convey to the audience at the dinner.”
