Engagex Introduces 17 New Services to Independent Insurance Agents

Engagex has introduced 17 new touch points for assisting independent insurance agents in acquiring, retaining, cross-selling and up selling agency customers. These services help agents reach out to their customers in a regular and productive way.

"Profitable business relationships are built with frequent, quality touch points," said Boyd Karren, Chief Marketing Officer. "Most insurance agents have been taught that frequent, quality touches with their customers (and prospective customers) are critical for agency success. However, agents often find it difficult to reach out in a regular and productive way. We provide that engagement."

The 17 new services now available for independent insurance agents range from setting policy renewal appointments with an agent's existing customers, to true prospecting for auto, home and life policies.

"Agents want new selling opportunities, but they don't really like making the calls themselves," added Karren. "We do that dirty work for them, and bring them the opportunities we uncover."

Engagex has grouped these 17 new services into five primary categories of interest for agents: Organic Growth, New Business, Administrator's Special, Good Vibes and Win-back.

The Organic Growth bundle focuses on setting up appointments with existing customers, so that agents can look for up sell and cross-sell opportunities.

The New Business bundle provides true prospecting work for auto, home, business insurance and more.

The Administrator's Special allows office manager to outsource redundant or unpleasant calls, such as payment reminders.

"The 'Good Vibes' package is made up of simple, non-sales touch points, such as 'Thank You' calls or 'Welcome' calls to new customers," said Karren. "These are important customer contacts to make, but so many agents just get too busy with other things, and these essential to-do's tend to slide."

The Win-back Bundle has Engagex's Callers contacting recently defected customers to ask permission to work up a new, more competitive quote, in the interest of winning back a former customer.

Enrollment for the 17 new services opened on Tuesday, February 11.
