Toledo, Ohio (PRWEB) February 13, 2014 -- A case in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Case No. 3:13CV1092, has been allowed to move forward. The Honorable James G. Carr has allowed the case of the Clyde Cancer Cluster, Case No. 3:13CV1092 Brown, et al v. Whirlpool Corporation, to move forward by denying Whirlpool the motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s complaint.
As reported by NorthwestOhio.com, the judge’s denial came on Monday, February 10 as the case, Brown, et al v. Whirlpool Corporation is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Attorney Charles Boyk shared his thoughts regarding the progress made in the case. “This is a huge decision that will for the first time require Whirlpool to reveal the information that they have been reluctant to disclose," said Boyk. "It is one small step in the search for the truth and we look forward to examining the information that Whirlpool will have to release,” Attorney Boyk added.
