Howling Wolf Productions’ GUEST HOUSE Star Michael Gross to be Honored Before Screening at Pasadena International Film Festival
Pasadena, CA (PRWEB) February 12, 2014 -- Television and film star Michael Gross will be presented with the Career Inspiration Award at the 2014 Pasadena International Film Festival on February 13th, prior to his appearance in the Howling Wolf Productions (HWP) film, GUEST HOUSE. The award will recognize Gross’ enormous body of work and will be presented by GUEST HOUSE writer/director Aaron Wolf.
"Having been a huge fan of Michael's work, it has been an incredible honor to work with him on this deeply personal film," Wolf said. " Michael put unbelievably deep motivation and thought into every moment of the production, from our first conversation to the final shot."
GUEST HOUSE stars Gross (Family Ties, Tremors, How I Met Your Mother); Heather Lind (HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, AMC’s Turn); and Mark Gessner (Upright Citizens Brigade, Netflix’s Orange is the New Black). In this short film, a man in his early thirties loses his job and fiancé on the same day and has to move back to his parents’ guest house. Depressed with his seemingly dead-end life, little does he know that items from his past might help propel him forward.
GUEST HOUSE will screen at the festival on Sunday, February 16th at 1:00 PM. Following, Wolf and Gross will participate in a Q&A.
