Zephyr Management Announces Top Producers for 2013

Tim J. Gullicksen has been named Zephyr Real Estate’s Pacific Heights office’s No. 1 agent for 2013.

Tim J. Gullicksen, of Zephyr Realty, is proud to announce that he has recently been announced as the Pacific Heights office’s No. 1 real estate agent of 2013 and the no. 2 real estate agent company-wide.

Gullicksen closed 70 transactions in 2013 for a grand total of more than $67 million in sales. This is the third year in a row that Gullicksen has been the top-selling agent in the Pacific Heights office and the third year in a row that he has been in the top 1 percent of all San Francisco agents.

The top producers of 2013 were announced by Zephyr management at the company’s weekly sales meeting on Jan. 22, 2014. Gullicksen has been a top-producing agent since his first year in the business.
