Thanks to his extensive legal background, Mark Zitzewitz’s addition will help us manage our risks and will offer increased protection for both TCI and our customers.
Burnsville, MN (PRWEB) February 11, 2014
TCI Business Capital is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Mark Zitzewitz to its staff. Mark Zitzewitz joins TCI’s staff as Senior Vice President Risk Management and General Counsel.
Mark Zitzewitz obtained his law degree from the University of Minnesota and has been an active member of the Minnesota legal community for years. As an experienced trial lawyer with years of practice in corporate law, Mark Zitzewitz brings valuable insight to TCI.
Prior to joining TCI, Mark Zitzewitz practiced corporate law with Sapentia Law Group in Minneapolis, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. Mark Zitzewitz also represented clients as a partner with Lindquist & Vennum, and as a solo-practitioner at Zitzewitz Law Office, PLLC. He also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
TCI Business Capital’s CEO Daniel Robbins believes that the addition of Mark Zitzewitz was an important move for the business.
“As TCI has grown and the landscape within the finance industry has changed, we have experienced an increased need for risk and liability management, both internally and externally,” Robbins said.
“Thanks to his extensive background in corporate law and liability, Mark Zitzewitz’s addition will help us manage our risks and will offer increased protection for both TCI and our customers,” Robbins said.
“We have worked with Mark for years as our outside general counsel, and are excited to have him join our team,” Daniel Robbins continued.
Mark Zitzewitz’s primary duties with TCI will include oversight of the risk management team, and providing general legal guidance on TCI transactions, policies and disputes.
