Questline Hires New Email Production Specialist

Questline is excited to announce the hiring of Tierney Lanich as an Email Production Specialist. Tierney joins Questline from Limited Brands, where she was in charge of email marketing campaigns for Bath & Body Works.

At Questline, Tierney will be working closely with the Creative, Content, and Email Operations teams to provide comprehensive digital campaigns. Her primary responsibilities will include email event-assembly, editing, testing and deployment. In addition, she will implement campaign testing standards, monitor the deliverability of email campaigns, and support Questline’s Engage Messaging Platform.

As the Site Operations Coordinator at Bath & Body Works, Tierney was responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns. She managed the email process from start to finish, ensuring emails were deployed to over 15 million customers with flawless execution and in a timely manner. During the 2013 Black Friday period, she was a key player in a record-breaking hour of one million dollars in sales.

Tierney started with Questline in February and joins our growing email operations department. Through their hard work and dedication, Questline sends millions of emails on behalf of our clients to their utility customers.
