The Town of Lauderdale–By-The-Sea extended their Managed IT Service Contract with GiaSpace on January 9th, 2014. During the Town Commission Meeting at City Hall, renewal of the IT Service Contract was unanimously approved. The Finance Director, Tony Bryan, stated that after reviewing the service tickets and their cost, the town had saved 26% of the estimate budget by going with the all-inclusive option vs. the server/network management with hourly rate option. Mr. Bryan also commended GiaSpace on being such a responsive organization, “they (GiaSpace) are extremely responsive; more so then any other company we have worked within IT.”

In 2012 The Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea issued a RFQ (Request for Quote) for IT services. At the time they had had several network and server issues. GiaSpace placed as one of the top ranking bidders, offering two different budget options to accommodate the Town. The Town selected the all-inclusive option that covered, under a fixed fee, Server & Network Management with Desktop support for up to 22 users.
