Candelas, a fast-selling master-planned community in Arvada, Colorado has just won two prestigious marketing Gold Awards at the Nationals award show at the 2014 International Builder's Show in Las Vegas.

These awards are a feather in the cap for our marketing team and are indicative of our commitment as developers to making Candelas an exceptional place to live.

One of the Denver metro area’s hottest selling residential communities, Candelas, has just received two Gold Awards and four Silver Awards at the Nationals ceremony at this year’s International Builder’s Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.

Each year, the IBS conference hosts thousands of builders, developers and residential building industry professionals from around the world. Attendees gather at the week long event to see and learn about building innovations, new regulations and codes, marketing tactics, design trends and more. The Nationals, hosted by the National Association of Homebuilders’ Sales and Marketing Council, is considered to be the homebuilding industry’s pinnacle marketing recognition event, and a Gold Award its highest honor bestowed.

Candelas community developer, Terra Causa Capital, leads a talented marketing team, which is headed up by award-winning marketing agency, InterCommunications, Inc. with contributions from Internet marketing consultancy, 5Weight Internet Marketing and web design firm, Essentia WebWorks. The team won Gold Awards for:

The Judges’ Statement for the Best Overall Ad Campaign award read: “Featuring breathtaking, on-location photography, this campaign captivates. It’s authentic to the area and speaks the local language beautifully to its target audience. This campaign quietly and gracefully grabs your attention,”
