Professional Baseball Instruction Announces Revolutionary New Training Device Designed to Teach the Curve Ball
Upper Saddle River, NJ (PRWEB) August 12, 2014 -- Professional Baseball Instruction is proud to introduce "The Rotation Genius," a major innovation in training devices for pitchers. Invented by former professional pitcher Doug Cinnella,
“The Rotation Genius” is specifically designed as a visual aid for the proper rotation of the 3 basic pitches: 4-seam fastball, any 4-seam change up grip, and a forward rotating breaking pitch. All pitches are held exactly as they would on a real baseball (on the laces.) And unlike other baseball pitcher's training aids, "The Rotation Genius" is the same size and weight as a regulation baseball which gives the pitcher a smooth transition from using "The Rotation Genius" in his training sessions to using a baseball in a game.
No matter which of the 3 pitches a player throws, the main focus is the direction and rotation towards the target. In order for this training device to be effective the player must first solidify his pitching and/or throwing mechanics.
Doug Cinnella says, "Even if a pitcher's mechanics are fundamentally sound, finding that consistent direction and rotation can be challenging. With 'The Rotation Genius' if a particular pitch is thrown with improper rotation it will be very visible to the trained eye where the problems are occurring."
“The Rotation Genius” helps pitchers get leverage on their fastball and develop the proper rotation on their curve ball. It comes complete with a training DVD.
Both the Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves have utilized "The Rotation Genius" with their pitchers and legendary former MLB pitching coach Leo Mazzone has put his stamp of approval on it as well - "If you want to either learn how to properly throw a curve ball, or teach a pitcher the right way to master the curve, this is the training device you're looking for."
