The recipe calls for:
2 fresh cod fillets
2 oz fresh or frozen porcini mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
1 chili pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
First, wash the mushrooms and the cod fillets under cold water. Then slice the mushrooms and finely chop the parsley.
Next, sauté the garlic cloves in a skillet with the extra virgin olive oil and the chili pepper. Add the mushrooms to the skillet, cover, and let them absorb the juices. Then, sprinkle the skillet with white wine.
Pour half a glass of water into the pan and add the pieces of cod and the chopped parsley. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Cover, cook for fifteen minutes, and serve.
