Age management or holistic longevity describes natural ways that men and women are living longer and healthier than previous generations. Instead of focusing on medical advances, the health movement focuses on finding alternative solutions to ailments that have limited downsides and promote improvements in overall health and wellness.
The way that age management works is through careful nutrition plans, exercise programs and health check-ups. Natural foods are used to combat certain ailments, such as high blood pressure, resulting in improved overall health and better longevity. The risk of health concerns is reduced when nutritional measures and regular exercise are incorporated into the wellness plan.
Although holistic longevity does focus on a variety of natural approaches to health, it considers the person as a whole rather than different parts. As a result, medical science may also be used to help maintain health.
