Watson joins Avēsis with responsibility for the large employer market as well as continuing the success growing the company’s ancillary benefit solutions to Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Health Plans.

An experienced Sales Executive with over 22 years of national sales and senior management experience, Roger’s vast knowledge and success have made him a sought after sales expert and strategist. Prior to joining Avēsis, Watson served as VP, Client Development, National Accounts – Specialty Benefits for one of the nation’s largest Managed Care Organizations where he was responsible for marketing, sales and operations activities. Preceding this position, Watson managed several organizations providing his leadership to business professionals in the provision of sales, service and support for clients in the vision insurance and healthcare industries.
