A field of 60 brands, representing the cutting-edge in loyalty marketing, is set to compete in the inaugural Loyalty360 Awards. The awards, which recognize the innovation and effectiveness of the world’s best customer loyalty programs, will be presented during a special luncheon at the 7th Annual Loyalty Expo, presented by Loyalty360 – The Loyalty Marketer’s Association. The event will be held March 17-19, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.
By inviting any company to enter, Loyalty360 set the stage for a highly competitive inaugural awards event.
“We went above and beyond to remove subjective preferences from the judges’ criteria in order to make this about provable success in loyalty marketing,” said Emily Heitkamp, Loyalty360’s Senior Director of Content and Business Development. “These are the awards loyalty marketers have been asking us to provide, and we’re proud to deliver such a competitive field this first time out.”
The awards include Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze levels in five categories:

- Customer Experience and Engagement Strategy
- Use of Technology in Loyalty Marketing
- Creative Campaign in Loyalty Marketing
- Use of Market Research, Customer Insight or Voice of the Customer in Loyalty Marketing
To reward brands that are leading the way in crafting and executing effective loyalty marketing strategies, Loyalty360 assembled a panel of 23 judges representing top-level marketing. This large and impressive pool of talent was selected to provide an accurate assessment of each entry based on the strict scoring guidelines for the awards.
Heitkamp believes that the combination of objective criteria, experienced judges and, most of all, industry-leading competitors will make this awards ceremony anything but typical.
“We have experienced, talented judges who will take a hard look at very detailed data to select the best of the best,” Heitkamp said. “The luncheon will provide not only a wonderful opportunity to recognize these innovative leaders, but also the chance for interested marketers to listen to the testimonials of others facing and conquering similar challenges.”
