AH was recently engaged by NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA), to help the organization with change management as they implemented the next step in their organization’s evolution. NAFA’s growth and success meant that a new structure was necessary, and speed was important.

“It became apparent that we would need to realign our staff and create new positions in order to continue working through the implementation of our strategic plan and vision.
