Superior Plus Energy Services, (“Superior”), a Rochester, NY based industry - leading supplier of delivered residential fuels and home comfort services in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions of the United States, and Rewardstream Inc., a Vancouver, BC-based referral software solutions provider to customers in thirty nine countries today announced the launch of Superior Plus Energy’s new “Refer-a-Friend” customer portal, which rewards both existing customers and friends they refer when those friends select Superior as their home heating oil or propane provider. Customers (referrers) whose referred friends (referees) sign up for heating fuel or a service plan provided by Superior Plus Energy Services or its subsidiaries, each automatically earn account credits on their personal accounts, up to $500 per calendar year.

Nearly 20% of Superior’s customers interact with the firm through the Company’s recently expanded online self-service portal, My Home Heat Account - nearly double the number from two years ago. To support their customer’s growing preference to engage the company online, Superior’s Refer-a-Friend portal, hosted on Rewardstream’s Spark Referral platform, was introduced to reward loyal customers who recommend Superior’s services to friends and family directly through the user’s email address book, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Facebook contacts. Both parties, who must register their account number on the site, each receive a $10, $25 or $50 account credit, depending on the product or service purchased.
