Customers (referrers) whose referred friends (referees) sign up for heating fuel or a service plan provided by Superior Plus Energy Services or its subsidiaries, each automatically earn account credits on their personal accounts, up to $500 per calendar year.

To support their customer’s growing preference to engage the company online, Superior’s Refer-a-Friend portal, hosted on Rewardstream’s Spark Referral platform, was introduced to reward loyal customers who recommend Superior’s services to friends and family directly through the user’s email address book, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Facebook contacts. Both parties, who must register their account number on the site, each receive a $10, $25 or $50 account credit, depending on the product or service purchased.
