The Park Hotel Steps Back In Time With An Abba Tribute Gala Evening

• Garlic mushrooms with a garlic mayonnaise and dressed leaves
The 70’s theme continues on into the main course which includes such culinary delights as;
• The Park fish pie served with steamed green vegetables
• Coq au vin served with mashed potatoes and a red wine jus
• Sesame coated halloumi served with balsamic roasted vegetables
Finally the menu provides three delicious and decadent themed puddings including; Swedish apple pie with vanilla ice cream, sherry trifle and profiteroles drizzled with hot chocolate sauce.
After dinner guests are encouraged to visit the bar and enjoy the fantastic selection of drinks that are available.
Bar staff at the hotel are even creating some extra special Abba themed cocktails especially for the event.
