RE/MAX Suburban’s Glen Ellyn Office Welcomes 3 New Broker Agents
GLEN ELLYN, Ill. (PRWEB) February 13, 2014 -- Three new broker agents have joined the Glen Ellyn office of RE/MAX Suburban, 441 Taft Ave. They are Roz Iaccino, Lakshmi (Sue) Veeramasuneni and Kathy Berger, and they are part of an 18-broker sales force at RE/MAX Suburban Glen Ellyn.
Iaccino moved into real estate brokerage after a 28-year career in construction as a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 701. Over that time she also has built and remodeled houses, giving her the kind of hands-on construction experience that many clients will find invaluable when working through the home buying process.
It would be fair to say that Iaccino, a resident of Wheaton, Ill., is entering the family business.
“My mom has been a RE/MAX broker in Glen Ellyn for many years and has been encouraging me to join her. Now that I have, I’m loving it,” she reported.
Veeramasuneni moved to the United States from India 14 years ago, settling in Wheaton with her family. She worked in the information technology field before earning her real estate license. Now a U.S. citizen, she combines a multicultural background with the ability to speak fluent Hindi, Telegu and Verdu.
“Getting a clear understanding of my clients’ priorities is always my first objective,” Veeramasuneni said. “I want them to find the perfect home, which takes patience and diligence, and I consider myself fortunate to possess both those qualities.”
Before entering the sales force, Kathy Berger served as a licensed assistant to Haya Miller, a leading broker in the Glen Ellyn office. Now Miller and Berger are forming a broker team. Berger’s career in real estate started on the marketing side of the business, working first for a new home developer, mortgage companies and later for the condominium development arm of the Inland Real Estate Group. She is also an experienced rehabber, and her most recent bathroom renovation was featured last year on the DIY Network.
“I love dealing with homes, whether it’s finding the right one for a buyer or helping a seller get their residence in shape for a quick sale,” said Berger. “I have a keen eye for finding the hidden potential in a home, along with strong skills in staging and remodeling that can bring that potential out into the open.”
