Greenberg Traurig Elevates Diane N. Ibrahim to Shareholder in Delaware

Diane N. Ibrahim focuses her practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on transactions involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and statutory trusts. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review, and her B.A., cum laude, from Syracuse University.
