The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has elevated Diane N. Ibrahim to Shareholder in its Wilmington, Delaware office. Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig elevated 33 attorneys to shareholder and 11 to of counsel positions. Overall, the 2014 class represents more than 14 core practice groups, including Corporate & Securities, Environmental, Government Law & Policy, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Labor & Employment, Real Estate and Tax, across 24 of the firm’s 36 offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin American and the Middle East.
Diane N. Ibrahim focuses her practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on transactions involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and statutory trusts. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review, and her B.A., cum laude, from Syracuse University.
