Boulder, Colorado (PRWEB) February 13, 2014

CP+B announced today that Danielle Whalen has been promoted to Managing Director of the agency’s Boulder office and Carter Nance has been promoted to Managing Director of the Miami office. Carter and Danielle join Mason Reed, Managing Director of the Los Angeles office in overseeing the US offices. Both newly created positions are part of CP+B’s move to a more decentralized structure, giving its individual offices increased autonomy while still offering clients access to CP+B’s extensive global capabilities.

Danielle joined CP+B in 2004 to help oversee the Burger King business. Since that time, she's worked on some of the agency's most acclaimed and successful campaigns, including; Subservient Chicken, The Burger King ‘King’ campaign, Whopper Freakout and the Old Navy SuperModelquins. Named an EVP in 2012, Danielle currently runs the Applebee's and Fruit of the Loom accounts. In the collective twelve years Danielle has been with CP+B, she's helped the agency win over 300 creative awards and honors; including a Cannes Titanium Grand Prix and a Grand Effie.

Carter joined CP+B in 1999 after a stint in New York, where he began his career on Wall Street before moving over to advertising at Y&R. During his tenure at CP+B, he has managed relationships with Sprite, Molson, Maxim and Coke Zero, a brand he helped launch. Named an EVP in 2012, Carter currently oversees Coca-Cola's Vitamin Water and Domino's Pizza, which has recorded four straight years of positive comp sales while working with CP+B.

"Moving to a more decentralized structure allows us to position our smartest, most passionate people even closer to the work, and gives them the opportunity to provide leadership in a way we've not been able to offer before," said Steve Erich, President, CP+B. "Danielle, Carter and Mason are three amazingly strong account leaders who all started in the Miami office over ten years ago, fully embody the beliefs of CP+B and understand the power of great creative product. They will work with their individual offices, as well as the collective agency, to drive our client businesses and the performance of CP+B."
