John Q. Hammons Elevates Service to Meeting Planners and Guests With Rollout of Passkey’s Cloud-based Toolset to 39 of Its Properties
Waltham, MA (PRWEB) February 14, 2014 -- In a strategic move to offer the best possible service levels to meeting planners and guests while maximizing its own group business, John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts (“JQH”), the largest private, independent owner and manager of hotels in the United States, has announced that it is deploying Passkey's GroupMAX hotel booking technology at 39 additional hotels, bringing the total “Passkey-enabled” count to 43.
JQH initially implemented GroupMAX at four of its properties in 2011, where the results have been spectacular, both in terms of lifting service levels to meeting planners and guests and increasing revenues and profits for the hotels. These positive results were the key catalyst for the decision to multiply the deployment ten fold, from 4 to 43. The 39 new properties include 24 Embassy Suites, one Hilton, six Marriotts, four Renaissance Hotels, and four independents.
With GroupMAX, JQH hotels will be able to offer its group guests a variety of new accommodation options such as room upgrades, extended stays and hotel add-ons. This provides guests with a more enjoyable and complete lodging experience, while allowing the hotels to generate considerable incremental revenue.
The deployment of GroupMAX is expected to drive incremental revenue gains of over $2.5M per year, in addition to significant cost savings and increased planner satisfaction and loyalty.
