Focused on preventing today’s youth from starting down the road to addiction, Mr. Roger Davis serves as the Executive Director of the Fresh Start Outreach Center and the Director of Community Relations for the Inner City program. With credentials ranging from an associate degree in Early Childhood Education to being certified as a Co-occurring Disorders Specialist (CCDS), Mr. Davis’s expertise in getting inner city youth to understand the dangers of drugs and prevent future use are said to be unparalleled. A short while ago The Fresh Start Outreach Center where Mr. Davis is the Executive Director was created to deliver drug prevention workshops and life skills courses in order to teach practical methods to overcome the barriers faced every day by at risk youth and their communities.
