Regency Inn was part of the Choice group of hotels until recently and was using the chain’s legacy system, Choice Advantage as the PMS. The owner of the property, Mr. Paco Patel wanted an effective cloud based PMS once they decided to become an independent property. Mr. Patel initially tried the 15 day free trial offer of Hotelogix and was able to move his whole system onto the Hotelogix PMS all by himself. The hotel staff also found the PMS simple to get started with, and friendly to use.
