Kimberly (Kim) has more than 13 years’ experience of growing, building and developing client relationships and partnerships. She joins from MarketSight, the leading provider of web-based market research analysis software, where she was Director of Sales.
In her earlier career, Kim was Director of Business Development for EFG Research, a subsidiary of Paris-based MV2 and EFG Worldwide, following senior roles in client development and sales at Schlesinger Associates and Eastern Research Services.
Kim holds a BA in Psychology from Marietta College, Ohio and has earned recognition from her peers in research, twice winning the Market Research Association’s Chapter Service Award, as well as receiving the MRA Rising Star Award.
In her new role at Lumi, Kim will focus on developing new and existing client accounts, helping the research industry to understand the full potential of Lumi’s products and to use them successfully.
Based in New York, Kim will operate globally, working closely with Lumi’s offices in the UK, US, Hong Kong and South Africa.
