The Lodge at Pine Cove Announces Spring Body and Soul Yoga Retreat

The upcoming Yoga Retreat is for anyone interested in relaxing, rebooting and restructuring their body and mind, all while enjoying a luxurious 4-day weekend getaway on the beautiful French River. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and the retreat is open to both men and women of all fitness levels. The Lodge at Pine Cove’s Body and Sole Retreat is slated for May 23rd through May 26th. A Certified Yoga Tune-Up® Teacher, Renee Holden is also an experienced Personal Trainer, Movement Specialist and Thai Massage Practitioner. Holden has developed a unique mode of practice that blends all of her many skill to integrate yoga with structural alignment, mobility, strengthen and stress reduction. Her life’s goal is to help people to enhance their lives through movement.
In addition to a full program of yoga instruction, participants at the retreat will have the opportunity to learn to a new skill; how to paddle a canoe or kayak. Nicole Ross, The Lodge at Pine Cove’s Program Director, will provide optional paddling instruction, as well as lead an optional paddling trip along the scenic French River on the final morning of the retreat.
