Ritz-Craft Releases New 'Restore the Shore' Series of Homes for Areas Affected by Hurricane Sandy
MIFFLINBURG, PA (PRWEB) February 18, 2014 -- Ritz-Craft recently launched a specifically designed collection of plans under the name “Restore the Shore.” Driven by over a year of market research, the collection features over 20 designs engineered to match the challenging building sites and updated code requirements along the coastal areas affected by Hurricane Sandy.
This new collection will augment the designs found in Ritz-Craft's previously released Coastal Lifestyle Collection of larger coastal designs which lend themselves better to the lot requirements of North and South Carolina. By engineering plans specifically for Sandy affected areas, Ritz-Craft has made it simpler and faster for home owners to rebuild without waiting for custom floor plans to be drawn and custom pricing to be completed.
“In the past year, we have delivered dozens and dozens of homes to areas affected by Hurricane Sandy,” explains Mike Zangardi, Ritz-Craft’s Director of Business Development and designer of this collection. “In that time, we have learned a great deal from designing plans which match the size of these building lots. These plans are engineered for smaller, beach area lots, but still offer the amenities and features sought after by today’s home buyer.”
Ritz-Craft’s Restore the Shore Collection features ranch, Cape Cod and two-story plans designed for either crawlspace or piling foundations. Living areas range from 1,197 square feet to 2,382 square feet in size. To view this collection, visit http://www.ritz-craft.com or download the Ritz-Craft iPad App.
