CoreCommerce, the leading e-commerce shopping cart provider, released new information on the company’s merchant performance from 2013. The company has seen positive growth in the last few years, surpassing one billion dollars in transactions since 2008. “This past year, our CoreCommerce team and merchants have made great strides. I anticipate 2014 as a year of growth for us and for our amazing customers,” said Matt DeLong, CoreCommerce CEO. “We are dedicated now more than ever to helping entrepreneurs make their dream business a reality.”

eMarketer estimates that US e-commerce sales will grow by 14.6% in 2014, expanding to over $434 billion by 2017.
