Monroe, LA (PRWEB) February 17, 2014
Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, the world’s first and best known cooking oil management, company welcomes Clay Belote to Monroe. Clay took over the already successful business from former owner David Johnson. Mr. Belote, a sales professional, joins Filta after ten years in his family business. “Clay is a great addition to the Filta team,” said Tom Dunn Filta’s COO. “He is customer focused and is making an immediate impact in the market.” Monroe area Filta clients already include: Buffalo Wild Wings, Zaxby’s, The Fish House, Portico Bar and Grill, Iron Cactus, River and Rail Cantina, Log Cabin Mesquite Grill, and Dawg House.
The FiltaFry service, which is Filta’s mobile cooking oil micro-filtration and vacuum based deep fryer cleaning service, prolongs the useful life of the oil, eliminates the risk to employees associated with fryer upkeep, and provides a superior level of food quality, all while promoting sustainability.
New to Monroe is the FiltaBio service, which is essentially waste oil collection and recycling without the traditional collection bin. Filta vans are outfitted with a collection tank, which in most cases eliminates the need for a kitchen to keep an unsightly bin on site. The used cooking oil collected by Filta is recycled into biodiesel.
