Adaptris Expands US Team, Partners with Millennium Search to Assist in Growth
Boston, MA (PRWEB) February 18, 2014 -- Adaptris, a leading provider of cloud hybrid integration for enterprise organizations, has expanded their US team. Jason Rappaport will join the Atlanta office as Key Account Manager for Adaptris. Based in Europe, the technology company is continuing to expand their operations in the United States, with offices in the Boston and Atlanta areas. The company partnered with Millennium Search, an executive search firm specializing in technology focused startups and companies, to aid in their hiring efforts.
With its US headquarters based in the Boston, MA area, Adaptris is a pioneer and leading expert in Hybrid Integration with industry proven Cloud Service Integration and iPaaS technology. Adaptris provides organizations with the capability to integrate any ecosystem in the cloud, on premise and between. Adaptris first launched its integration framework in 1999 and currently has a user base in excess of 1600 deployments, exclusively positioned in the SOA/EAI/B2B arena. The strategy to create reusable components led to the company’s first development of the adapters and subsequent release of the Adapter Framework as an application, culminating in the Interlok Integration Framework and Cirrus hybrid integration platform.
“Too many projects involve a complete restart to integration with a standards based design and approach. Given our experience over hundreds of these projects, this is something we are all too familiar with,” says Peter Leppan, Managing Director at Adaptris. “The Adaptris approach to Cloud based integration allows us to offer innovative solutions based on a SaaS pricing model, effectively changing the economics of integration and opening a new world of possibilities to our clients.”
Alongside continued growth in the US, Adaptris began a search for their Key Accounts Manager role. The firm hired Millennium Search, an executive search firm catering to early stage and rapidly growing technology startups and companies, to aid in recruiting. Jason Lewis, Managing Partner at Millennium Search, led the effort.
“Adaptris had very specific needs,” says Lewis. “Once we dug into the situation and understood what they were facing, getting them the right people became just a matter of time. They were a great company to partner with.”
The result of the search was the hiring of Jason Rappaport. Based in Atlanta, Rappaport demonstrated a strong background in product and program management, while also bringing customer account manager experience from his most recent last role.
“Millennium Search lived up to their reputation,” says Leppan. “They took the time to understand what we needed, and helped us better comprehend the market we were hiring from; something other recruiters have failed to do in the past. Their knowledge and expertise in our sector was clear through our communications, the caliber of candidates they presented and ultimately through the candidate we hired. We will be looking for their assistance again soon!”
