Hoops for Hope is excited to announce that they will be running a Charity Basketball Camp on Saturday, Apr. 12 to benefit the Tarrant Area Food Bank. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to noon at the Colleyville Heritage High School gym and is for boys and girls in grades three through eight.

Campers are not only sure to enjoy their experience with Hoops for Hope, but they will also gain valuable experience giving back to their community. They will improve their skills as basketball players, as well as grow in character by supporting and becoming involved in such an important cause.

Admission for the camp is $5 or 5 non-perishable food items. All proceeds go to the Tarrant Area Food Bank. There will be prizes for the camper who donates the most food items and the camper who donates the most money. In addition, the first 50 campers who register will receive a special gift. Early registration also ensures campers reserve their spot. To register, visit http://www.hoops4hope.info/ or email hoops4hopedfw@gmail.com. Email registrations should include the camper’s full name, parent’s full name, contact phone number and the camper’s grade level.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the camp in the main gym. A parent or guardian must be present to register their child and sign their release form. All campers must be picked up by noon sharp.
