On Feb. 13, Auntie Belham’s Cabin Rentals, the premier provider of cabins in Gatlinburg, announced four exciting spring events in the Smoky Mountains to celebrate warmer weather. Beginning in March, the festivities will run all season long.

On Feb. 13, Auntie Belham’s Cabin Rentals, the premier provider of cabins in Gatlinburg, announced four exciting spring events in the Smoky Mountains to celebrate warmer weather.

Beginning April 5, the Smoky Mountain SpringFest will run all season long. Along with honoring the scenic beauty of spring in the Smokies, SpringFest also offers a variety of smaller events for families to enjoy, including the Smoky Mountain Tunes and Tales in Gatlinburg. Filling every weekend with exciting music and traditional storytelling, the Smoky Mountain Tunes and Tales is an event every family will enjoy.

For the comedy lovers, the Gatlinburg Improv Fest showcases humorous improv actors from across the region. Located at the Fanny Adams Theatre, dates for the event are March 6-8 with admission at $10 per person.

Showcasing quilting talents, A Mountain Quiltfest welcomes craft enthusiasts to the Pigeon Forge Leconte Center, where they can learn new quilting techniques, see old friends and enter to win cash prizes. Quiltfest is held March 19-22 with a sneak peak of the Quilt Show on March 18.

One of the most highly-anticipated spring time events in the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood’s Festival of Nations marks the beginning of a brand new season for the Pigeon Forge amusement park. Showcasing talents from across the world, this month-long festival will run March 22 through April 21. Admission to the festival is included with the purchase of a ticket to the park.
