TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, has promoted Gayle Norton to Principal. Norton will co-lead the firm’s talent acquisition consulting practice and focus her efforts on helping companies conduct current state recruitment optimization and talent risk organizational assessments to identify and address process, technology and strategy gaps. Her new role will also entail building the delivery team and further establishing the firm’s talent management consulting practice.
Norton has over 20 years of sales, operations, and management consulting experience as both a businessperson and HR professional. She joined talentRISE as a senior associate partner in 2009. Previously she had her own consultancy working with clients such as Redbox and US Cellular as well as held corporate sales leadership roles with a global pharmaceutical company. She has demonstrated expertise in leading large, diverse teams in enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs/projects and organizational transformation and change management initiatives for companies of all sizes. At talentRISE, she has led consulting engagements at companies ranging from mid-market to large, global employers.
Previously serving as the Co-Chair of the HR Management Systems committee, Norton remains an active member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) as well as the Staffing Management Association of Chicago and American College of Healthcare Executives.
Norton earned a B.S. in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, IL, and her Nursing diploma from the Evangelical School of Nursing in Oak Lawn, IL.
