New England Food Show to Feature Extensive Education Program for Food and Restaurant Professionals
Portland, Maine (PRWEB) February 18, 2014 -- The New England Food Show, coming up March 16-18, 2014 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, MA, will feature an extensive education program including educational sessions, live culinary demonstrations, keynote addresses and more. The New England Food Show’s education program is presented by the MRA Educational Foundation.
Attendees at the show will hear from industry experts on new marketing and operational strategies and watch top New England chefs heat up the kitchen with new techniques and products at sessions taking place right on the exhibit floor. All education sessions, keynotes, culinary demonstrations and show attractions are included with a registration to the show.

Additionally, the New England Food Show also hosts ServSafe Recertification courses on Sunday, March 16th and Monday, March 17th, in both English and Spanish. The ServSafe Recertification classes are not included with a standard show registration, but a seat can be purchased by contacting the Massachusetts Restaurant Association at 508-303-9905 by February 28th.
