"Women are Stupid," Said One Intimate Apparel Executive to the Designer of a New Shapewear Product

And that's all HookedUp Shapewear designer Tara Cavosie needed to hear. See her new product on live models at CurveNY, Feb 23 and 24, Javits Center, NYC, booth #301.

"Women are stupid!" said one CEO to shapewear designer Tara Cavosie. She vowed to run a different kind of company, designing intimate apparel that women want, need, and offer real solutions.

"HookedUp Shapewear is an intimate apparel solution that solves all shapewear problems with one product." That, according to the designer, Tara Cavosie (who also designed the groundbreaking backless strapless bra), is what makes HookedUp Shapewear different from the rest.

Cavosie said, "I created HookedUp Shapewear because all other shapewear rolls down when worn, and if it's rolling, it's not working!" Her design simply can't roll down because it hooks to a woman’s bra. Cavosie is quick to point out that means no back fat, no muffin top, and no discomfort. The new patent pending Shapewear is now available at http://www.HookedUpShapewear.com, and can be seen, along with Cavosie and two live models at booth #301 at CurveNY, February 23 - 24, 2014.

Before launching HookedUp Shapewear, one top CEO told Cavosie, "Women are stupid - they don't know what they need. We tell them what they need." Cavosie promised herself she'd run a different kind of company, designing intimate apparel that women want, that women need, with products that do what they're supposed to without creating new problems. "I know women are smart and savvy...they DO know what they want and need, and we're giving it to them. That's the driving force behind HookedUp Shapewear."

What's the shapewear secret? "Our design eliminates the space between a woman’s bra and her shapewear so skin is never exposed," said Cavosie. "We combined that with our hooking system which connects the shapewear to a woman's bra so it simply can't roll down." With HookedUp Shapewear women can wear their own bra, and not have extra layers or straps digging into their skin.

HookedUp Shapewear is available in black and nude, as a high waist shaping panty, mid thigh, or slip. To fit with Cavosie's belief in "real solutions for real women," she insisted the shapewear be manufactured in sizes small to 3x and she even used a size 12 model for her product photos.

Cavosie created three videos, all explaining how and why Hooked Up Shapewear works so well. The videos can be seen on the new http://www.HookedUpShapewear.com website.
