Sharon L. Steingard Named ‘Awesome Attorney’ by Suburban Life Magazine

Steingard concentrates her practice in all aspects of wills and estates, including estate planning and the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills. She also represents clients in estate administration and other matters before the Register of Wills and in Orphan’s Court.
A member of Willig, Williams & Davidson’s Legal Services Department, Steingard also counsels and represents individuals with regard to personal injury, consumer law and other civil litigation matters. She has appeared in trial courts in Philadelphia and all of its surrounding counties and has successfully argued before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania.
In addition to representing workers and other individuals, Steingard serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She is a frequent lecturer who regularly presents to groups such as the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 13. She earned her juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
