She has 26 years of experience of helping government organizations improve performance and lower costs. In her previous roles as a Principal with a Big 5 accounting firm and as a Vice President at a global consulting firm, Diane managed numerous large and complex operation improvement initiatives involving consolidation, reengineering, outsourcing, competitive sourcing, technology implementation, activity-based management, and implementation of shared services.
