Alphanumeric Systems, Inc. Opens New Barcelona-Based Service Desk, Expands Into Mainland Europe
Raleigh, N.C. (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- Alphanumeric Systems, Inc. announces today the opening of a new IT service desk in Barcelona and the creation of its European division, Alphanumeric Systems Europe, S.L.
Established to support customer demand, the new service desk employs more than 70 full-time staff and provides support in 11 languages, 16 hours per day, five days per week. This follows the establishment of three other service desks in Montreal, Quebec and Raleigh, N.C. in 2012, with each providing 24x7 global support in more than a dozen languages, and the 2010 establishment of a branch office in London.
