Alaska will use Harmony to manage many service programs focused on providing services for seniors and people with disabilities including HCBS Medicaid Waivers, Medicaid Personal Care Assistance, State-funded services, Older American Act (OAA) programs, Certification and Licensing, and Adult Protective Services.
