This year, Google Enterprise Premier Partner, AppsCare has launched their Google Apps ‘Tip of the Week’, providing added value to Google Enterprise customers worldwide. These tips are designed to increase productivity and efficiency for enterprise, nonprofit and education establishments.

AppsCare’s Tip of the Week, as it sounds is shared on a weekly basis (currently every Thursday) across social media platforms; Twitter and Google Plus. Each tip focuses on one specific area within the Google Apps platform, i.e. Gmail, Calendar, Drive. With the aim of reducing the time organisations spend training employees and reducing the number of ‘IT calls’ each organisation makes, each tip is designed to be accessible by individuals at any level and within any department in an organisation. Each tip is clear to understand and provides a detailed, step-by-step explanation with images at every step.

The team at AppsCare closely follow Google Apps based conversations on social media and after responding to individual queries on a case-by-case basis launched ‘Tip of the Week’ to provide solutions to the most frequently noted queries.
