The Diocese of Charleston recently announced that FACTS Management will be the preferred tuition management and financial aid assessment provider for their schools. As a supporter of Catholic schools for more than 27 years, FACTS Management is dedicated to serving more than one million families and over 6,600 schools, assisting in their financial stability and the overall affordability of private and faith-based education nationwide. In partnership with the Diocese of Charleston, FACTS Management will help make educational dreams possible for many Catholic families in the area.
“FACTS Management has been effectively used in the Diocese of Charleston for many years,” explained Sandra Leatherwood, director of Catholic education. “As the number of schools who use FACTS Management increased, it only made sense to make them a preferred provider, enabling schools to benefit through cost savings, services and resources.”
Jim Owens, FACTS Management executive vice president and national sales manager, expressed his confidence with the partnership stating, “The close relationship we have built with the Diocese of Charleston over the years has prepared us to serve all families in need of our services. With our user-friendly system and around the clock support, we are confident we can provide financial management efficiencies to both schools and families.”
The partnership was agreed upon for three years, beginning in the 2014–2015 school year. The benefits of choosing FACTS Management’s integrated single sign-on system include flexible payment options for families, a mobile payment solution and 24/7 live-agent assistance for truly comprehensive support. FACTS also adheres to the most stringent security standards for payment processing by being PCI DSS Level 1 validated, SSAE 16 audited and Red Flags ready.
Schools can expect high-end technology, with customized reporting and an institutional dashboard for real-time, at a glance reporting on key financial metrics. The FACTS Management financial aid assessment system is not only intuitive, but customizable for institutions. Administrators are able to create user-defined reports, apply awards directly to family payment plans and rest easy, knowing their financial information is stored on FACTS Management’s secure servers.
FACTS Management was recently named the preferred provider for the Florida Catholic Schools, which includes seven dioceses (Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach, Pensacola/Tallahassee, St. Augustine, St. Petersburg and Venice).
